Messaging & SMS Policy

This Messaging & SMS Policy explains how text messaging works on Caspian ("Caspian", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by SaaSDen Inc, and how you consent to, and can stop, receiving SMS/MMS text messages. It applies to any phone number operated by or through Caspian and to AI agents built on the Caspian platform.

Program description

Caspian lets AI agents send and receive text messages with people who contact them. Messages are conversational and transactional: an agent replies to your questions, sends the information or updates you asked for, acknowledges that it received your message, and continues a conversation you started. Caspian does not send marketing or promotional bulk texts.

How you consent (opt-in)

You consent to receive SMS from a Caspian-powered agent when you take an affirmative action that begins or continues a text conversation with that agent, including:

• sending a text message to the agent's phone number; or
• providing your mobile number to the agent (or to the business operating it) and asking to be contacted by text.

You only receive messages from an agent you have chosen to contact. Consenting to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction — you generally receive messages only in response to, or as a continuation of, a conversation you started.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, according to the plan and terms of your mobile carrier. Caspian does not charge you to send or receive these messages.

Opt-out (STOP)

You can cancel messages from an agent at any time by replying STOP to any message from that number. After you send STOP, you will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages from that number unless you opt in again by contacting the agent.

Privacy of your mobile data

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers and message content are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are shared only with the subprocessors that help us deliver the messaging service (for example our telecom / CPaaS providers) solely to carry your messages, and never for their own marketing.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
